About The Project

We are a group of human rights and public defense trial attorneys with the aim to holistically defend each family member when it comes to emergency removals. While the symptomatic issue is many times legally regarded as neglect in these cases, we believe in offering information and access to breakthrough pathways by some of the most innovative academics in the field of trauma research, it will hopefully help empower family members with better resources to address the root cause of neglect and improve their circumstances, so that parents have more accessibility to sustainable solutions to keep their family intact.
